Our home is a cozy, comfortable layout offering three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry area, a kitchen, sitting area with space to do yoga and an eating area outside in the lanai. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, and the second bathroom is shared. The outdoor area has a grill and is the perfect place to enjoy a fun barbeque gathering with friends and family. We hope you feel comfortable and cozy at our family’s own getaway! Siesta Key Beach is 3 miles away and Lido Key Beach is 9.8 miles away.
Other Details to Note
**Quiet time after 10pm **No loud parties We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves. Items included are toilet paper, small toiletries, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, trash bags, a dish sponge, dish soap, and laundry soap. If you need anything, please contact us through the Airbnb messaging system. This keeps an accurate record of our conversation and is easily accessible by an account representative in the event of an issue. We are available during the hours of 8am-10pm EST. *This home has weekly lawn maintenance so please be advised that someone will be on the property at times for these purposes.
